The service is available for cruises departing from one of the following ports:

ITALY: Bari, Catania, Civitavecchia, Genova, Napoli, Olbia, Palermo, Savona, Taranto, Trieste e Venezia – Marghera;
FRANCE: La Seyne-sur-Mer e Marseille;
SPAIN: Barcelona, Tarragona and Valencia;
GERMANY*: Bremerhaven, Hamburg and Kiel.

*When embarking from ports in Germany, reservations must be made at least 10 to 12 days in advance of the embarkation date.

The service is available to residents of one of the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Within the EU, all locations are therefore reachable with the exception of: Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Madeira, Porto Santo, Malta and Cyprus.

Pickup and delivery door-to-door

The service provides home pickup of one piece of luggage weighing up to 32 pounds, shipment to the port of embarkation, and, at the end of the cruise, shipment to your home. You can also use the service only for otward or return trips.

The maximum number of bags allowed on board the ship is 2 pieces per person (hand luggage excluded).

The price of the service for Silver members includes an additional 10% discount on the amount already reduced for Costa Crociere customers.
