  • Oxidant substances and organic peroxides, including bleach and kit car body repair;
  • Toxic or infectious substances, including rat poison and infected blood;

In the event that your baggage is lost, bagexpress will activate a research procedure , also known as a “tracer”. During this phase we will send a request to all the transit points of your baggage in order to reconstruct its route and find it.
You can help us during this process by sending us a photo of your baggage or a detailed description of its shape, colour, brand and model and its contents.

The research period can have a variable duration between 10 and 90 days, after which, unless in special conditions, it will be defined as lost.

Changes to the destination address of the luggage are always possible and free of charge before one of our collaborators collects the baggage.
It is possible to change the destination address even after the baggage has already been collected at a cost of €10.00.

The time slot for collections and deliveries is 9.00-19.00.
It is not possible to know a more precise timetable as each UPS branch organizes its operations on a daily basis.

Suggestion You can request the collection of your luggage at an office or shop that is available to receive a visit from our representative in the indicated time slot. You can spend your time in your daily activities while we take care of your luggage.

  2. Through the booking procedure you can choose the type of baggage to be sent. bagexpress allows you to ship luggage up to a maximum of 45 kg in Italy and Europe, golf bags and sports equipment up to 2 meters.
  3. At the end of the procedure, check your e-mail box. You will receive a confirmation email: your luggage shipping service has been booked!
  4. Remember to fully wrap the luggage with transparent film (also cling film), including the removable handle.
  5. Put on the fixed handle of the luggage (the only part that can be left outside the cellophane) a travel tag with all your residence data, including an active telephone number, your name and surname;
  6. Put a lock on the zips of your luggage or enter the numerical combination to make sure it is closed properly.

Naturally you will have to take care to remove all the previously applied labels.

Picking up your luggage at home, transporting it and delivering it to your designated destination (hotel, home etc.) within the desired time frame and in sync with your trip.

The service can normally be purchased by 5.00 pm on the day before the day of collection, just like shipments departing from Italy. On the day indicated, one of our representatives will show up at the address provided to collect the luggage. Also remember that someone must be at the collection (pick up) and delivery (delivery) addresses the whole day. The courier will collect or deliver the luggage between 09.00 and 19.00 on the established day.

From 60 days before until 17:00 of the day before the date you have chosen for collection. Naturally, the collection date depends on the desired delivery date and vice versa. It is recommended to arrange your luggage delivery at least one day before your arrival, so that your luggage is there waiting for you and not the other way around.

The countries reached by the bagexpress service, starting from 1 June 2011, are all those of the European Union (EU): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal , Spain, Sweden, Czech Rep., Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovak Rep., Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania. Within the EU, all locations are therefore reachable with the exception of: Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Madeira, Porto Santo, Malta and Cyprus.

Bagexpress accepts luggage of any type and size, up to a weight of 40 kg and a maximum of 95 cm. in length, 60 cm. in height and 40 cm. of depth. Bagexpress takes care of assisting and facilitating the travel experience of passengers who wish to avoid carrying their luggage with them. How? Picking up your luggage at home, transporting it and delivering it to your designated destination (hotel, home etc.) within the desired time frame and in sync with your trip.

The service can normally be purchased by 5.00 pm on the day before the day of collection, just like shipments departing from Italy. On the day indicated, one of our representatives will show up at the address provided to collect the luggage. Also remember that someone must be at the collection (pick up) and delivery (delivery) addresses the whole day. The courier will collect or deliver the luggage between 09.00 and 19.00 on the established day.

We only ask you to enter all the data of the foreign location with the utmost attention and detail: in addition to the address, you need a local telephone number with an international prefix, access code to the building (where needed), data written on the intercom. All this to facilitate the courier and make the collection easy.
